Description

Slicing ham is a hard work, especially if it is done with an unsuitable tool. The knife used to slice ham must have a flexible blade to control the cut better and to obtain the desired thickness. The blade mustn’t be too large and the tip of the knife must be rounded. the right proportion between length and flexibility is very important.
